I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft. I believe that one size does not fit all and that your health and wellbeing is so much more than just a number. I truly enjoy helping and empowering those that are wanting to create a positive relationship with food and their body. My “no-diet” approach to health and wellness establishes the groundwork necessary to create lasting lifestyle changes and healthier habits.
