I specialize in all types of eating disorders and disordered eating. I help people find peace with food and their bodies using a non-diet, individualized, and compassionate approach. Through nutrition therapy, I help clients find balance with food, move away from diets, and live a full life free of food fears or obsessions. I create a judgment-free space to guide clients to connect and live in their bodies. As a Certified Eating Disorders Registered Dietitian (CEDRD), I am experienced in working with eating disorders of all types in children, adolescents, and adults in different levels of care. I have worked with treatment teams using Family Based Treatment (FBT) for children and adolescents, as well as individualized work with adolescents. I also work with digestive disorders and fertility, including prenatal and postpartum nutrition, PCOS, hypothalamic amenorrhea, and eating disorders during pregnancy. I draw from many approaches, including intuitive eating, weight-inclusive care, Health at Every Size principles, gentle nutrition and am familiar with many therapeutic modalities.
