Private Practice: Nutrition Design With You In Mind, LLC 2020-Present CAMBRIDGE HEALTH ALLIANCE, Cambridge, MA Registered Dietitian II 2000-Present • Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and counseling for over 60+ pregnant and adult patients per month to a diverse and multicultural population. • Expertise in weight management, prenatal nutrition, GI, cardiology and diabetes using behavior change and motivational interviewing. • Lead on quality improvement projects and patient's experience of care. • Clinical expert for high risk prenatal nutrition, and behavior change. • RD expert on OB team to update policy for Gestational Diabetes Mellitus system wide, outlining RDs role in Medical Nutrition Therapy for these patients. • Organize, teach and facilitate prenatal nutrition groups. • In servicing RN staff as well as Harvard and Tufts medical students and residents on a wide variety of nutritional topics.
