I am a Registered Dietitian in the Volek Research Lab at The Ohio State University where our team focuses on low carbohydrate and ketogenic approaches to eating. With years of research experience and guidance from leading experts in the field, our team of RD's have a deep understanding and appreciation for the vast benefits of a low carbohydrate lifestyle. Nutrition is a very personal journey and our goal is to equip every client with the tools they need to be successful as they develop/maintain a healthy relationship with food all while being mindful of how their body responds to various versions of it. Our philosophy is a 'whole foods' based approach to eating that emphasizes nutrient dense foods to better optimize health while balancing blood sugar. We understand that there is no 'one size fits all' when it comes to nutrition so we work with our clients to develop a personalized approach that best suits their needs.
