Hi, I’m Heather Lasco. I’m a Registered Dietitian and Director of Confidently NourishED passionate about helping people heal their relationship with food and their body. Like many other dietitians, I love food. All foods! All foods can fit into your diet, and I want to help you get to a place where you can ditch food rules and enjoy eating again.
