I am a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian (CEDRD) and Medical Nutrition Therapist with expansive experience treating eating disorders since 1991 in all levels of care. I passionately believe that those who make Nutrition Restoration PRIORITY ONE on their journey to recovery consistently have far greater and more sustainable outcomes than those who do not. I have specialized experience in the re-feeding of high medical risk cases in an outpatient setting. While typically these cases are referred to a higher level of care, I offer innovative alternatives when appropriate. My mission is to help my clients learn HOW to EAT, rather than obsess over what NOT to EAT. Emphasizing TRUST and SAFETY is a key element to my practice. I use humor and metaphor, helping clients to laugh, honor their achievements, and problem solve when we get stuck.
