Lindsay Malone is registered dietitian and certified specialist in oncology. Lindsay holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration for Xavier University and a Masters degree in Public Health Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University. She currently teaches at Case Western Reserve University and runs Malone Nutrition Consulting. In this capacity she works to share her nutrition knowledge as a writer, editor, public speaker and educator. Lindsay's passion for nutrition is rooted in her belief that food truly is the best medicine.
