I am creating a "No Food Dye" diet in the hospital I work in. I need to know if Annetto and Caramel Coloring are considered food dyes or just natural coloring?

Does anyone have experience working with individuals with a reported balsam of peru allergy? If so, do you have any guidance and/or or credible resources that you might share? I've looked online, but can't find many resources that I feel confident using. Thank you.

I have a patient who has a severe aspergillus niger allergy. This is not an allergy I am familiar with. Are there any foods that she needs to avoid?

She has been avoiding berries, melons, citrus fruits and several other foods. This patient has also been diagnosed with fructose intolerance (which I am familiar with).
