Stephanie Margolis

Stephanie Margolis, RDN, LDN, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in weight loss, family nutrition, and nutrition education. She graduated from Missouri State University with her Bachelor of Science and continued her education at Barnes-Jewish College of Allied Health in St. Louis, Missouri. Throughout her 11-year career, Stephanie has worked extensively creating nutrition programming for students, parents, mother's groups, fitness facilities, and corporations, teaching strategies proven to improved health and weight loss.

In her private practice she works with individuals and families empowering them to create competent and mindful eating practices. Being featured on local new stations, radio broadcasts, Prevention magazine, and a consulting dietitian for several companies, allows Stephanie to share her passion and expertise with thousands.

When she isn't inspiring others to create a healthier lifestyle you can find her running, cooking, and having fun with her husband and kids.
