Laura's diverse background includes training and employment at Havard-affiliated teaching hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, where she has gained extensive knowledge and experience as a result of working with the most complex patients and alongside world-renowned doctors. She has worked at the MGH Cancer Center, as well as the MGH Weight Center and GI clinics. Prior to finding her passion in nutrition and becoming a dietitian, Laura was a personal trainer and also taught group fitness classes. Her specialties include weight management, diabetes education, oncology nutrition, nutrition for gastrointestinal health and diseases, and home enteral nutrition, which includes the care and maintenance of feeding tubes, and formulating homemade blenderized tube feeding recipes. She is able to apply the knowledge and skills she obtained in her previous endeavors to help clients, whether it be helping a company market to the right demographic or helping a patient manage his/her health through nutrition and exercise.
