Education

Yuchi Yang obtained her Master of Science (MS) in Nutritional Science from the University of Connecticut. She had her Nutrition Internship with the University of California, Los Angeles specialized in pediatric nutrition. She also had a nutrition internship with Taipei Medical University focused on adults with various medical conditions and nutritional issues. In addition, Yuchi Yang got her Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nutrition from Taipei Medical University.
