Her dietetic internship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital provided unique opportunities including pediatric cholesterol counseling and healthy recipe adjustments with the Meal Makeover Moms. Before relocating to Illinois, Amy worked for several years at the nationally renowned NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, specializing in maternal, behavioral health, cardiac and surgical nutrition. Additionally, she has been an internationally board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) since 2013. Nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all field. Amy works with individuals and families to determine the best approach to your unique nutritional concerns. She can help you discover flavorful, nutritious foods that work within your life and budget. She also understands that no step is too small on the path to a healthier you. In her spare time, Amy can be found adventuring with her husband and daughter, savoring produce from her garden, crafting and reading.
