As a Nutritionist/Dietitian & health coach, with 25+ years of broad professional experience I use a “solution focused” approach which considers the important, achievable, elements of a person’s wellness vision. When I work with a client/patient, I look to their past, as a way to understand their present, and most importantly, what a new future will look like for them. This assists in providing very clear goals, to leap forward in their life. We work toward realistic targets for attaining their “best possible health”, by developing a step wise strategy of actionable objectives. The uniqueness to my practice methods is a concentration in holism; one that takes into consideration many aspects of your health & wellness. I use integrative techniques that work alongside western medicine to get to the root of the problem, rather than dealing with symptoms. I use tele-health and in person sessions with health/nutrition coaching, and nutrition therapy for chronic illness, weight management, auto-immune, digestive conditions, food allergies, identifying nutritional insufficiencies, supplement management, lifestyle changes, and cancer revitalization.
