I utilize a non-diet, intuitive eating approach to sound nutrition & health at every size that fosters a nourished body & a normal relationship with food, free of deprivation. Work History

Lauren Foley, RD has years of experience providing nutrition counseling in the outpatient setting. She currently sees clients privately at Healthy Living Nutritional Counseling & Consulting. She also serves as the dietitian for Kaiser San Rafael's enriched outpatient eating disorder program. In addition to her outpatient work, Lauren has worked for Alta Bates Center for Anorexia and Bulimia at Herrick, where she served as the dietitian for the adolescent inpatient and partial hospitalization programs. Prior to devoting her focus toward eating disorder treatment, Lauren worked as a consulting dietitian for Apple, Inc. There she provided both medical nutrition therapy for chronic diseases, as well as wellness and sports nutrition counseling at the company's employee wellness center in Cupertino.
