Work History

My background is in healthcare, working 20 years in outpatient hospital clinics providing nutrition therapy counseling to clients of all ages with health concerns ranging from food allergies to diabetes. In recent years my work has focused on helping teen and college age clients (many are athletes) heal from eating disorders. I work part-time at the University of Wisconsin-Madison student health medical clinic and consult one day per week with Badger athletes in the UW Athletics Sports Medicine Clinic . I have extensive experience supporting clients with anorexia nervosa, binge eating disorder, bulimia nervosa, ARFID, RED-S, restrictive eating patterns, sports nutrition, digestive problems and many other nutrition concerns. I hold a masters degree in Clinical Nutrition, and certification as Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Intuitive Eating Counselor. I am trained in Motivational Interviewing and continually learning to improve my nutrition counseling knowledge and skills.
