Increased patient satisfaction with food services from 78% to 86%, quality of patient tray service from 87 to 100%, and department sanitation from 70 to 95%.Drafted a business proposal and cost-benefit analysis for capital expenditures in excess of $160,000.00.Contributed in implementing hospital-wide closed enteral nutrition system.
