Act as Clinical Nutrition Manager in his/her absence. 3. 02/01-04/10 CONSULTANT CLINICAL DIETITIAN Westchester General Hospital, Miami, FL Responsible for the delivery of medical nutrition therapy including nutrition assessments, care planning, and monitoring of high risk hospitalized patients (including Nutrition Support patients) in this 197-bed acute care hospital. Increased patient satisfaction with food services from 78% to 86%, quality of patient tray service from 87 to 100%, and department sanitation from 70 to 95%.Drafted a business proposal and cost-benefit analysis for capital expenditures in excess of $160,000.00.Contributed in implementing hospital-wide closed enteral nutrition system.
