I passed the RD exam on the first try. I think the key is to not overthink the questions. It sounds like you've studied enough. Just read the information they give you, pick out the important points that relate to the question, and then read each answer. I came across several questions I didn't know the answer to, but was able to figure it out using the information they gave me and using process of elimination. If I really didn't know it, I picked my best guess and moved on without worrying about it. I usually have terrible test anxiety, but I was able to beat it this time! Good luck!

I agree. Remember this exam is for entry level, don't overthink it. Review meterials covers too much information and detail that are not tested in the exam. I think using elimination is helpful when you are not sure the answer. Read question carefully is VERY important. You should figure out what they want to test you. Relax, you can do it ! Good luck!

I passed the test in November on the 1st try. I studied intensely for 3 months. I used RD in Flash, Inman's, Breeding and rdexam.com. While taking the test, I didn't feel that any of these programs had prepared me. I just remembered that one of the rewiews stated that anytime there are opposite answers, choose one of them. So when I didn't know an answer, I would always look for the opposites. It paid off. When studying, try to understand the concept. My test was 80% application. A lot of it didn't make sense. It's info we will never really use in the real world. Don't just guess. Think of everything you know about the subject and then make an educated guess. Hope this helps.
